This workshop focused on understanding complex organisational system which fosters new product or service development and innovation. Each individual had to select a company and understand their strategies and policies that nurture innovation and creativity considering certain factors and conduct deep consumer analysis.  The exploration and information gathering to generate insights was done through qualitative and quantitative research methods. I looked into Paper Boat and how it has grown exponentially capturing the idea of nostalgia and penetrated into a very competitive market.

I calculated the mean of responses for each question from each age group then clustered them, then ran a co-relation within each cluster.
The highlighted number gives us an idea which age group made the most emotional connect with the image in the survey
